"Dr Mitesh is an excellent nephrologist. He is a subject matter expert and has been providing the best care for my mother. He always has the best interest of the patient in mind and gives attention when needed the most. I recommend him for any nephrology-related issues."
"I don't think I can adequately put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Mitesh. He treated me during an extremely difficult and frightening period of my life when I was dealing with a serious kidney infection, and in many ways, I genuinely feel that he helped save my life.
What makes him truly exceptional is not just his medical expertise, but the way he cares for his patients. He would patiently sit with me and answer all my questions, sometimes even skipping his own meals to make sure I understood everything. When my parents came, he made sure they felt cared for too — reassuring them, 'Don't worry, I'll take care of her.'
Even while he was on vacation, he continued responding to my questions and checking on me. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable nephrologist, but above all, a genuinely kind and compassionate human being. He made me feel heard, safe, and cared for when I needed it most. I will always be deeply grateful."
"I had a good experience with your service, sir, and your connection with the patient was great. Thank you, sir."

Short videos on keeping your kidneys healthy and understanding common kidney problems.
It's worth seeing a nephrologist if you have diabetes or high blood pressure, a family history of kidney disease, protein or blood in your urine, swelling in the legs or face, or abnormal kidney results on a blood test. Early review often makes a big difference.
In its early stages, kidney disease can often be slowed or stabilised with the right treatment and lifestyle changes. More advanced disease usually can't be reversed, but careful management can protect your remaining function and delay the need for dialysis. Your specific situation is best assessed in a consultation.
Common tests include a blood test for creatinine and eGFR, a urine test for protein, and sometimes an ultrasound scan. These are simple, and I'll explain what each result means for you in plain terms.
No. Many people with kidney disease never need dialysis. The goal of treatment is to keep your kidneys working well for as long as possible, and dialysis is considered only when function drops significantly.
